I am a hospitality operations specialist that has worked for a variety of concepts ranging from 4 Diamond Resorts, Big Brand Hotels, Fine Dining Restaurants, Dive Bars, Cantinas, Corporate Catered Events, Private Events.With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. My passion for designing craft cocktails is derived from my love of chemistry. I have always enjoyed making infusions, syrups, and shrubs with fresh ingredients as well as pairing drinks with specialty snacks
Having been a part of 6 opening teams and having over 26,000 hours in Food and Beverage Operations I can design, operate, and execute for any hospitality and restaurant environment.I have coordinated weddings, thrown bachelor/bachelorette weekends, and have managed single day events with guest counts ranging from 20-800 people.
